Shipping

Shipping is from the United Kingdom.

Postage is charged at cost and is calculated on weight at the checkout.

International Orders 

Due to custom fees and taxes please order through my Etsy Shop where this will be calculated and collected.

I'm afraid I do not offer International shipping through my website.

Delivery
UK Standard Shipping via Royal Mail ( 2 - 3 working days).  This is not a tracked service.
These delivery times are an estimate and do not take into consideration delays due to busy times of year / industrial action. 
 

Delivery Upgrade
To ensure delivery by a specific date or tracking please contact me before purchase to see if this is possible.

Special delivery is only available on UK orders and must be agreed before purchase.

 

Custom Orders
Are made within the timescale specified in the listing and are non refundable.

 

Packaging
Each item will be careful packaged to ensure safe delivery.

 

Lost Orders
UK orders are considered lost after 10 working days after the expected delivery date (please allow 14 working days).

 

Replacements  / refunds will be sent after these times.  Prior to this the postal service consider them still in transit and not lost. If an order hasn't arrived after 35 working days please contact me.  There is a time limit with the postal service provider to inform them of lost / damaged items and this must be done within 2 months.  After this time unfortunately I will be unable to offer refunds or replacements as it will no longer be covered or insured by the postal service provider.

 

Returns
Please contact me before returning any item.
